This work demonstrates an ultra-thin 100° wide-field-of-view camera using an inverse-designed multi-level diffractive doublet, achieving a total-track length of only ~2 mm at 850 nm. The camera shows experimentally validated focusing and imaging performance with de-vignetting calibration, offering a pathway toward compact, lightweight WFOV cameras for portable applications.
